Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking and Payment

    • Booking of a unit in Malpani Soulstrings is subject to availability and completion of the required booking formalities.
    • The booking amount shall be as per the prevailing rates and is non-refundable.
    • The payment schedule for the unit shall be as per the terms agreed upon between the buyer and the developer.

  2. Unit Allocation

    • Allocation of units shall be done on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the initial booking amount.
    • The developer reserves the right to allocate units based on availability and other relevant factors.

  3. Project Specifications

    • All specifications, dimensions, and layouts provided are approximate and subject to change at the discretion of the developer.
    • The developer reserves the right to make alterations, modifications, and substitutions to the project plans and specifications as deemed necessary.

  4. Completion and Possession

    • The estimated completion date of the project is provided for informational purposes only and is subject to change due to factors beyond the developer's control.
    • The possession of the unit shall be granted to the buyer upon completion of the project and receipt of all necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.

  5. Legal and Regulatory Compliance

    • The buyer shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing the purchase and ownership of property in the jurisdiction where the project is located.
    • The developer shall provide all necessary documentation and assistance to facilitate the legal transfer of ownership of the unit to the buyer.

  6. Cancellation and Refunds

    • In the event of cancellation by the buyer, the booking amount shall be forfeited as per the terms of the agreement.
    • Refunds, if any, shall be processed as per the refund policy outlined in the agreement between the buyer and the developer.

  7. Dispute Resolution

    • Any disputes or disagreements arising out of or in connection with the purchase of a unit in Malpani Soulstrings shall be resolved amicably through negotiations between the parties.
    • In the event that a resolution cannot be reached through negotiations, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the project is located.

By proceeding with the booking of a unit in Malpani Soulstrings, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the developer without prior notice.
